  3. Sales for new entrepreneurs; Sales techniques, AIDA, and other models, selling the features and benefits, closing the sale.
  4. Customer service for new businesses; the elements of customer service, the three rings, the customer promise, the psychological aspects of buying and the psychological contract.
  5. Email marketing; creating a campaign, ensuring positive hits, the content and message.
  6. Social media; an introduction to using social media, the social media mix, effective and ineffective social media messages.
